ENERGY STAR® - approved reflective roofs can lower roof surface temperatures up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, decreasing the amount of heat transferred to the interior.

ENERGY STAR is a registered mark owned by the U.S. Government.

WHITE EPDM

EPDM - White

White EPDM membranes are an ideal solution for building owners looking to reduce heating and cooling costs without compromising the durability and performance of a roof system. We are authorized applicators of Carlisle Sure-White EPDM, the most energy efficient EPDM in the industry today.

BALLASTED "COOL ROOF ALTERNATIVE" - EPDM SYSTEM
 Ballasted Cool Roof Alternative

A Ballasted roof has one of the lowest life cycle costs of any roofing system in the industry today. Ballasted EPDM roof systems have the ability to keep a building cool in the warm summer months. ASHAE, the Chicago Building Code and the Title 24 have all recognized ballasted systems as cool roof alternatives to traditional reflective roofing systems. Ballasted roof systems feature a maximum membrane surface temperature of only 90 to 103 degrees Fahrenheit, which is comparable to that of a light colored membrane. Ballasted EPDM systems are designed to resist high winds and provide excellent protection against hail.

FLEECEBACK ROOFING SYSTEMS

Fleeceback is well known for its superior protection and durability, with the ability to withstand the most extreme weather conditions. Energy Star approved systems are available today, as well as energy efficient upgrades. Combining an insulating adhesive to fleeceback will not only add strength, but adds thermal efficiency, and increases the systems R-Value. Fleeceback is available for both EPDM and TPO membranes.
