JOB SUMMARY:

Consult with new prospects and existing clients in regards to preventive maintenance, roof repair services and roof replacement services.  

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Utilize door-to-door and phone-based consultative sales skills.

• Investigate and diagnose roof conditions and develop scopes of work and pricing.

• Ensure customer databases are updated.

• Develop/maintain relationships and expand service offerings to clients.

• Understand workflow and job processes within the company.

• Generate estimates and proposals.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree and or Masters degree.

• Five or more years' experience in developing and maintaining client relationships, and/or five or more years' trade work experience; commercial roofing-related preferred.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to learn new software.

• Travel required, 10 to 20 percent of the time.
