This unique data management system grants our clients unparalleled access to budgets, recommendations, daily reports, service history, warranties, and the ability to request services with the click of a button. Whitco will also connect you with a single member of our team who will be your dedicated point of contact throughout the entire project. We provide no-cost appraisals that help you make the best decisions based on your needs and budget.

Some roofers will show up, install a roof, and then when a problem occurs they’re nowhere to be found. We don’t believe our industry should work this way. Roofing is a long-term product – your roof is an investment, and we want to help you protect your assets. Whitco employs a dedicated service department to service and maintain your roofs for years after the initial install. Whitco also keeps a dedicated safety staff that performs ongoing employee training and random job site audits for roof installations and service calls. While most roofing contractors have no dedicated safety personnel whatsoever, Whitco takes a proactive approach to safety and invests considerable capital doing so.
We go out of our way to make sure that you’re receiving the best possible experience and finished product. Our employees are always dressed professionally, and ready to provide the quality work and service we’re known for. We work in partnership with you to make sure you are informed of each step on every project. We also carry the highest insurance levels in the industry, including a $10 million excess umbrella. This is a large expense for Whitco, but we do this to give our clients piece of mind. Most roofers – if they even have insurance – carry a $1 million general liability policy. Think about it this way, if they were to flood, cause a roof collapse or burn down your facility, would $1 million in coverage rebuild your facility and replace your property inside?
